Who is responsible

Borel Capital Ltd is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about this notice, or to exercise the rights described below, write to .

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you select and your message.
• Application form: your name, email address, and optionally your school or degree, a LinkedIn or GitHub address and a short note, together with the CV you attach.
• Technical data: the date of your submission, the country your request came from, and your IP address stored only as an irreversible hash used to limit abuse. We never store your IP address in readable form.

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Why we use it

Contact messages are used to answer you. Applications are used to assess your candidacy, which are steps taken at your request before any possible employment. Technical data is used only to protect the forms against automated abuse.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: 12 months from our last exchange.
• Applications, CV included: 24 months from our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

After that period the records are deleted automatically.

Who processes it

The website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, with the database located in Western Europe. Notification emails are delivered through our email providers. These providers act on our instructions only. We never sell your data and never use it for marketing.

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA that does not track visitors across websites.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
